After an almost seven year hiatus, 90’s R&B group 112 has reunited. With a clean, wholesome image and a blend of gospel, R&B and hip hop, 112 released its self-titled debut album in 1996. The album topped the charts spawning the hits “Only You”, “Cupid” and “Come See Me”. They went on to release the albums “Room 112”, “Part Three”,  “Hot And Wet” and “Pleasure And Pain” before taking a break to pursue solo careers. Daron Jones, the group’s producer, released the album “Uncensored” in 2010 while Marvin “Slim” Scandrick released the album “Love’s Crazy” in 2008 and Michael Keith released his self-titled solo album in 2008 as well. Q Parker released the album “The MANual” in 2012. The group is now touring across the country on the For The Fans Tour, to the delight of fans, which began during the summer of 2012. Although it appears that some would love to have another album from the group, fans can be sure that they’ll hear all their favorites on the current tour. The group will be appearing in Montego Bay JA on 06-26-28, in Balitmore MD on 07-11, in Las Vegas on 07-17, in San Diego CA on 07-18, in Long Beach CA on 07-19 and in Atlanta GA on 09-05. 112 was without question, one of the better R&B groups to emerge during the 1990’s and the news that they’re touring again is an exciting and wonderful event for the music industry.
