On the 14th anniversary of the September 11,2001 terrorists attacks, #NeverForget was a trending topic on social media today. Singers Beyoncé, Sam Smith and Alicia Keys posted touching tributes to victims and the families devastated by the New York City attacks. Others honored 9/11 with patriotic-themed post of American flags, World Trade Center photographs, beautiful songs and poems, images of brave fire fighters on the horrific scene that day, the Statue of Liberty and more. May the victims rest in peace. Budding pop/R&B star The Weeknd accomplished an incredible feet by having 10 tracks from his album “Beauty Behind The Madness” enter the Billboard charts. Those 10 tracks in addition to two other smashes by the Weeknd give him a total of 12 charting singles on the 50-positon chart. The most tallied by a non-rapper in a single week. Only Taylor Swift has charted as many singles. Rapper T.I. decided to give his fans an EP as a gift. Tip has been teasing new music in anticipation of his next album “The Dime Trap”. Three tracks “Project Steps”, “Check Run It” and “Peanut Butter Jelly” were previously released, and fans will get a full album. “The Dime Trap” will be tentatively released on October 10.
